Experience & Credentials

My Lens

How My Expertise Shines

With over 15 years of experience in DEI, early childhood education, curriculum design, and community partnership, I’ve supported schools, nonprofits, families, medical teams, and organizations across the U.S. and South Africa in building environments rooted in dignity, curiosity, and courage. My work is grounded, evidence-informed, and always tailored to the needs of the community I’m serving.

As a mixed-race Black woman, my own identity development informs the lens through which I approach this work. Growing up at the intersection of multiple cultures taught me early on that identity is layered and relational—that honoring every part of ourselves is essential if we hope to honor every part of someone else. This lived experience deepens the way I guide children, families, and educators through identity exploration, bias awareness, and community-building.

Together, my professional experience and personal lens allow me to help communities strengthen belonging, reduce harm, and grow with integrity and courage.
